The British High Court ruled that it is unlawful for the government to deny people the right to appeal decisions relating to human trafficking.
In research
Ipsos latest global survey found attitudes towards the principle of refugee protection remain supportive but questions about the authenticity of people’s claims have grown. Additionally the research found that younger generations were much less concerned about the integration prospects of refugees than older people were. The Migration Policy Institute published a study on how humanitarian arrivals differ to regular migration within the urban context.
